'Clean. Check-in and out was done efficiently, but getting someone to the desk required finding and calling a number. The office does not open until 9:00 AM, so I had to wait, assuming I needed to formally check out at all. I forgot to ask, but I was given credit for a deposit required immediately when I did, so that was good. 'Very easy access to DT Greenville and other areas! Definitely in an up and coming neighborhood.. the neighborhood looks a bit worn but don’t let it fool you. We felt safe and didn’t have any noise except a bit of traffic on the street in front of the house ( I wonder if that was because of the bridge construction close). The house was super clean and comfortable! Would highly recommend'

'The property was just beautiful. We were so comfortable. The whole place was nicely furnished. The kitchen only needed salt and pepper (though I understand why they didn’t have them), a colander and a cutting board. They did have plenty of dishwasher soap and laundry detergent to last for our stay. The owner was always available for questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.
