'Very thoughtful setting in the room were we stayed. Although it was a quiet day, we were informed that we're upgraded to a more expensive room. One of the owners was there receiving us and is very friendly and helpful. Little details in the room, including live flowers, snow that they love creating the best experience for guests. Also had a nice chat at the breakfast time and with the checkout. Felt like visiting a good friend.'

'Having stayed here before and enjoyed it, I was happy to book again. I was moved to a different property this time, which wasn't a problem in itself, but the "Superior Room" I booked looked nothing like the advertised photos. The room felt outdated and the bathroom was uncomfortably small. Additionally, the TV remote was broken and despite reporting it, the issue was never resolved during our stay. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.'
