'All of the staff was welcoming and willing to offer assistance at all times. There was always staff eager to point out the sloths and monkeys in the trees. They always remembered our names and what we were doing the day before and would follow up to find out how our day went. The standouts for our trip were Anthony (front desk) as well as Carlos and Christopher (our servers at breakfast). 'Dit hotel was een fantastische ervaring. Het uitzicht op de vulkaan vanaf het balkon was adembenemend. De hele omgeving was briljant. De kamer zelf was ruim, mooi ingericht en super schoon. Het restaurant van het hotel was zeer goed. Heerlijke gerechten en zeet vriendelijke bediening. Wat ons betreft is dit een topper!'

'Probably in top 2 or 3 places we have ever stayed at. The whole resort is built in a rainforest or the rainforest has grown around the resort in ways the two are one. The room, the ambience, the service, the food, the environment, the plunge pools,...everything was so so amazing. Had one of our most memorable couple experiences at Nayara Gardens and Nayara Springs! '

'This hotel is a one of a kind. It is absolutely a marvel how such a hotel exists in the middle of the jungle/rainforest. It is simply gorgeous, and the staff is top notch! The property is amazing with hot springs everywhere - which are stunning and well maintained. The views of the volcano are stunning. So much to do here - You can even whitewater Kayak on site! There too many things to name to do a review any real Justice. What an amazing place!'

'It's very nice to be able to get to the hot pools kind of straight from your room. The room though, called a "deluxe suite" is a regular room with two small chairs. The bathroom actually is very spacious. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Service was fine. '
