'This hotel is a one of a kind. It is absolutely a marvel how such a hotel exists in the middle of the jungle/rainforest. It is simply gorgeous, and the staff is top notch! The property is amazing with hot springs everywhere - which are stunning and well maintained. The views of the volcano are stunning. So much to do here - You can even whitewater Kayak on site! There too many things to name to do a review any real Justice. What an amazing place!'

'Helaas verbleven wij er maar kort (2nachten). Onze kamer was groot en had fantastisch uitzicht. Hotel is zeker een aanrader. Van alle luxe voorzien en de tuin met hotsprings is geweldig. Enige minpunt wat ik kan bedenken was de kwaliteit van het diner, opzich niks mis mee maar zou beter kunnen en het feit dat je een vervoer nodig hebt als je iets buiten het hotel wil doen savonds.'

'A perfect place to relax. And, if you are tired of relaxing there is a canopy maybe 900 m away. But don’t worry you don’t notice that when you are in the hotel (close but no noise). I like the hot spring bath and its close vicinity to beautiful flowers, a green forest in the background and a richness of birds. There is a good restaurant near it if ever you are with no car.'

'Such a beautiful property, attentive staff. Tranquil and almost private hot springs pools. Gorgeous spa. Delicious food. Felt like we had the place to ourselves sometimes. Kids loved the farm too!'
