'All of the staff was welcoming and willing to offer assistance at all times. There was always staff eager to point out the sloths and monkeys in the trees. They always remembered our names and what we were doing the day before and would follow up to find out how our day went. The standouts for our trip were Anthony (front desk) as well as Carlos and Christopher (our servers at breakfast). 'Probably in top 2 or 3 places we have ever stayed at. The whole resort is built in a rainforest or the rainforest has grown around the resort in ways the two are one. The room, the ambience, the service, the food, the environment, the plunge pools,...everything was so so amazing. 'The rooms were very nice. We liked the view from the second floor. The Gardena were beautiful and my family loved the pool and the jacuzzi's. Good breakfast with a cook who prepated the eggs on demand. A view on the Arenal from our room (we saw the top just for a few seconds). '
