'Las dueñas del hotel son muy simpáticas y cercanas. Hice mi reserva a las 10pm para la misma noche y me aceptaron sin problema. El hotel está un pelín lejos del centro pero la dueña nos acercó en coche las veces que necesitamos. Pude disfrutar de su piscina!!'

'The outdoor pool was wonderful enough space for everyone and it was clean. Had enough restaurants for everyone to eat in but you had to make reservations which was not a problem, I just didn't like the part where the resort doesn't have elevators but thank God it only goes up to the third floor. 'Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Bed was comfortable a& air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was spacious with good shower & toiletries provided. Hotel provides luggage storage which was handy as we arrived before check in. Staff are all very nice and polite & hotel felt very safe. 'The Grand Palladium and Lady Hamilton Resort is stunning! It’s well maintained and the staff is nice. We stayed in a Bungalow at the Signature Room, which has upgraded amenities, a private pool, and private beach access, with welcome and departure gifts. The ocean view balcony has a stunning view. The room could use some TLC-the tv was in and out, the mattresses are hard, and we had to call maintenance a couple times.
