'Cute little place perfect for 2. Gated and very safe. Location was ideal bc you can walk to everything even in the pouring rain but so quiet- no street noise or bar noise. You can hear if people are parking but that’s it. Just bc your window is right there but not a big deal. Plenty of parking. Check in./check out was a breeze. Air conditioning, hot water, internet and tv (it poured so we did use tv) all great. Bed was very comfy but does dip in the middle. Pillow were good- not the stupid...

'Very out of the way remote stay, extremely small accommodations, the bed is a converted couch, although clean, air conditioning keeps the room a little cool, the road in is not for the faint hearted, not easy to say the least, property is very old, bathroom light is a pull chain, property says breakfast included, that means you get cereal and milk in your refrigerator, not a sit down meal like all other places! 'We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!'

'A perfect property to stay out of the way with a great view. The breeze kept the apartment comfortable the whole week, without needing fans or AC. It seems like miles away from everything, but it was only a 10 to 20 minute ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Cane bay beach was a perfect, close getaway. The directions provided by the host were spot on. We found that putting “Concordia Ridge Neighborhood”(Christensted) into Google maps got us back home easily. King size bed was comfortable as was...
