'We stayed in a junior suite pleasure room, the O-suites. The room was nice overall and loved the mirror over the bed but did our jacuzzi went out the first 3 nights of our 5 day stay. The food wasn’t great and everything tasted as if it was seasoned the same. $15 up charge for room service and the food was horrible. 2-3 hour wait to get in for dinner every night. 'The signature level made a big difference. Staff friendly outdoor shower was amazing. The biggest down side is the food; there are times of the day no restaurant is open and they is tough for late arrivals and morning sleepers. '
