'Terrible. There’s honestly no other way to describe it. The entire situation was frustrating from start to finish, and it completely failed to meet expectations. Communication was poor, the execution was even worse, and overall it left a very negative impression. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time.'

Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. 'Breakfast was almost non-existent. I don’t know if the breakfast area is contracted, because the guys was leaving at the end if the week, but there was very little in the way of stuff on the breakfast bar.'
