'Rooms comfortable and quiet. Beds were great. Hot breakfast enjoyable. The views from the back deck were awesome. We traveled with our service animal ( Chillidog ) and the staff made us feel welcome. We look forward to staying again on our next visit in the area.

The breakfast was adequate, with gluten free options that were a welcome surprise. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Some of the details in the room could be updated, specifically the balcony/bathroom door handles and the bathroom flooring that was cracked and moved when you stepped on the tiles. '

'It's been bought by a development group and they seem to be renovating for more of a High Hampton or Blackberry Farm vibe. Adding a 3 story hotel and such. Hope it doesn't mean prices are going to skyrocket as Dillard House has always been a great value. Super nice staff.'

'The property is well maintained and it's age gives it charm. Breakfast is a variety of easily prepared or ready to eat items. Although most people prefer to go out for breakfast. The bed was nice and there was always hot water. Water pressure good too.'
