'Got this hotel last minute for the World Cup. The staff was more than amazing. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get his name but there was guy working during midnight, he picked us up from the airport and checked us in super quick, couldn’t asked for a better experience. Room was comfortable and spacious.'

'Plenty of parking. Night staff were very friendly. Room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Would stay there again. Breakfast was continental- no frills.'

'Air conditioner was broken for 3 days, and a large fan was left in the room to try to dry up a spill. Had the AC been working 4 stars. Very convenient to the airport and Kansas City area. Good barbecue place next-door.'

'The free breakfast was delicious with bacon, sausage, and waffles. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The shower was the only bad thing. The shower head was fixed on the ceiling and was clogged up, and there was no shower door, just a glass partition that let clod air in. Overall, it was very nice.'

'The room was clean and comfortable. When we arrived and was getting settled we found a mystery pill on the bed stand. That’s a little odd to us. We threw it away. Then we found out they are now charging for their breakfast buffet. Boo. Then another alarming thing Happened at 3 am people came into our room. Including the front desk . And when we checked out the front desk couldn’t find our name . I feel like staff and some amenities have went down a bit . Seeking manager support about the check...
