'I got an incredible rash and itching after the first night and needed to visit urgent care because it was too much to handle. Bed mattress on one side was completely worn. Shower was dripping on an alu plate constantly. '

'The pool staff was super protective of the area and made clear no outside drinks were allowed because there was a poolside bar staff to take drink orders. However, they never came out or seemed to want to provide drinks. The rooms were ok but definitely not as nice as the suggested classification of the hotel. We had a room that had a weird sound coming through the door like a wind tunnel but they moved us. Was never offered my VIP free drink as was advertised by Expedia status. Decent stay but...

'We called in to make sure they had a hot tub. They did but not working We got a room with a view of a wall 4 feet away not busy but we got the worst rooms in the place. Toilets were so old and low hard to get up off of them at $200 a night it was a rip. Surprised Hilton had there name on it. Will not return !!!'
