'Great location, lake access was perfect. Lots of kayaks/canoes/life jackets. Games room fantastic. Asked for a refill of propane for bbq and had it within minutes. Felt like we were in our own place with no owners but if we had any issues felt they would take care of it right away. Would higly recommend. Already looking at bookings for next year!'

'I recently visited this property during the Canada Day long weekend and I’m in awe of the view and the hospitality Brett and Jane had to offer. This was a relaxing trip for us and we just wanted to get away from the hustle bustle of the city. This spot is also great for people who like water sports, canoeing etc. The cottage is newly renovated and located at the Haliburton lake. 'The cabin was spacious and very comfortable. This has got to be the most well provisioned cabin I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in many different cabins from gatlinburg to Minnesota and I have never seen a more well prepared cabin than this one. Five stars for sure. It has a rustic yet beautiful feel to it. Will definitely return at some point. '

'Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Hütte am See sehr genossen. Die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe und der Block auf den See waren einfach wunderschön. Die Kinder konnten im Wald um die Hütte spielen und wir auf der Veranda einen Kaffee oder ein Bier geniessen. Die Hütte ist sehr gut ausgestattet um einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt zu haben. Nach einem Tag draussen ein feines Abendessen zubereiten und anschliessend beim wärmenden Cheminé-Feuer den Abend ausklingen lassen - traumhaft. Mit den zur Hütte...

'We had the pleasure of staying at Jakes cabin fot 1 night. The moment we drove up we were able to see turkeys and deer! The property is beautiful and peaceful. We can't wait to go back. '
