'Delivered as advertised. Darren made the check in and out process super easy.'

'Although most of the place was clean there were some very noticeable things that did not make our stay the best. There was mold in the shower and the blinds in the windows were very dirty and had holes making them not very effective. The living room furniture consists of a small love seat and uncomfortable chair. For a place that sleeps 6, a couple of couches are needed for comfort. It is obvious that this was a very rough house that has had some renovations done but there is lots of evidence of...

'The renter was very helpful about check in and out. Beautiful home in a perfect location. Highly recommend the property to rent! Loved it'

'The stone steps and wooden staircase to the front door are quite uneven, slanted and in poor repair. The driveway is uneven as well. We were 4 Seniors and found it quite difficult to enter/exit the building, particularly, with our luggage. The beds were comfortable. The overall property is tired and warn. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but could benefit from additional cutlery. We visit Sudbury regularly but will not rent this place again unless it goes through an upgrade.'

'Great place and will stay again'

'The expedia app is unable to resize the rating page so the text was too large i was only able to see 4 stars / i couldnt tab on the 5th star. Overall good stay. We appreciate having the kitchen however the last guests left the dishes a bit greasy despite looking clean. We didn’t bring dishwasher tablets so did some dishwashing before we could start cooking. It would make everyone’s time easier if the host can leave some dishwasher detergent in the house. Other guests would also be more willing...

'Very comfortable'

'Quiet neighborhood with a short walk to grocery store, shops, and lake. Museum next door is neat. Place was roomy and clean. I do wish there was more to cook with (no large pots, only one knife, no potholders). If you're someone who prefers to cook instead of eat out, just survey the kitchen before meal planning! Really that was our only beef. Everything else was great.'

'I got ripped off the place already had some stay there could not get a hold of owner so I was ripped off of the money I put out for this place had to go rent a hotel'

'The easy access to all the water craft was great. the area was close to public beach and a couple valuable stores for supplies. It was also quiet at night which made sleeping very nice.'
