'We were on a 2 week road trip. This was our favorite stay. The front desk woman when we arrived was so nice and helpful. Breakfast had healthy options. It just felt right (and I am picky!). Thank you! The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend!'

'I had to call the desk 3 times between 10:30 & 1:30 because there were teenagers directly across the hall. They were going in & out, laughing & having pizza in the hall. I asked them 3 times to please be quiet. The night manager called them for me as well. I had to get up at 5 am so it was a short sleep night. The staff was very helpful'

'Great room. Only problem was the desk clerk kept speaking much faster than I could hear. I asked him to slow down a couple times but he just kept speaking like a heavily accented auctioneer. I still don't understand how he came up with that price.'

'Rooms were small but clean and modern. Nice seating pad near the window. Overall look of hotel was nice! Fitness room had three machines that were usable but all had its defaults.. Breakfast was really good, apples and oranges were nice! Eggs and sausage/biscuits and gravy also. Management wasnt very friendly, no spontaneaous greetings on every encounter. Didnt seem very interested or pleased with running the hotel.. Close to the shoals which was good!'

'The room was big and had a king bed and for a bit over $400 a week I can't complain much. The good:The location is great, next to many restaurants and retailers, a theatre and bowling alley. Room was clean. They take trash out and change towels every morning. They sweep when requested and bedding on request. The bads: the ice machine is broke. The parking lot is rough. Loud music and marijuana use every evening from other tenants in the parking lot. Our plug went out to our fridge and...

'The room was ideal. Comfy. Facility was well maintained. Parking lot clean. The location was within 5 minutes of the wedding. Do I need to say perfect. The breakfast was above and beyond.'

'Had an eschew with the toilet call the front dest they where down there less than 3 min fixed it right up. Very very nice owner. Help us in a lot of ways. We had an emergency had to leave early they did not hesitate gave us our money back. That’s what good people do. I would say Good place to stay. If any things wrong call the dest and he will make it right. Give it a 9 out of 10 Thanks for Ty gee understanding. Family place for sure.'

'The room was ok & the beds were actually pretty good but the bathroom was honestly kind of gross. There was what appeared to be a new tub surround, but there was mold around it. The tub had been repainted at some point and the paint was peeling and stained. The baseboards were dirty. Honestly, had there been another hotel that was open nearby & if we'd been able to get a refund, we most likely would have gone somewhere else.'

'Nice staff but property is falling apart. TVs don’t have connection to cable or wifi. No maid service except they bring some yellowing towels sometimes. Toilet paper perhaps? Hey there IS coffee in the lobby. But the juice is orange colored water. My bathroom didn’t even have a shower curtain. Had to go get one and install it myself. Another relative joined us, her assigned room hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest. Place needs work.'
