'This was the worst best western I’ve ever stayed at. The beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning unit made so much noise it was difficult to sleep. The pool was heated to an uncomfortably warm temperature and the pool room was excessively humid. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped in resolving an issue that was not theirs to resolve, so I appreciate the staff for sure. This property is in dire need of upgrades, or to call it what it is and adjust the price...

'This was a great place to stay on our motorcycle trip through Colorado. The staff was great and gave us a first floor room, so we could park our motos outside the window. The location is great for checking out Steamboat Springs. This place has been renovates and kept up. It's very nice compared to many older lodge-style motels.'
