'We had a wonderful stay at the Spotted Grouper. The cottage is quiet and peaceful, and the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico were beautiful. We enjoyed walking on the beach, collecting shells, and really appreciated how close to nature the area is — including an unexpected bear sighting!We stayed in December, which was a great time to visit: cool and chilly mornings and evenings, with sunny, comfortably warm days.
