'The property is close to all sorts of stores and restaurants. The propery itself was clean, modern and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were great, very comfortable. The exterior is well lit and there's lots of parking. Eric made us feel welcome and the communication could not have been better. We really enjoyed our stay.'

'Communication was easy. The place was just as described and worked great for our family of 5. The upstairs neighbors were a bit loud but there’s not much we could do about that.'

'I don't recall seeing smoke detectors or house rules. House took a long time warm up an electric fire place on the wall would have been nice along with extra blankets. Hot water took long to warm. A dresser or chifferobe would have been nice in the bedroom . I Would suggest clearer instructions to the location of the house. '

'The cleanliness of this place was just completely unacceptable. In my mind, you have one job, just make sure you clean it well between guests. The bed is also a complete tragedy. I had an event today that I am completely miserable for now because of the lack of sleep and literal pains that I woke up with. The driveway up the alley is not made for low sitting cars. I dragged my front bumper and bottom of car across it. I deeply regret staying in this place.'
