'Clean roomand the staff was nice!'

'Clean room. Virtually no breakfast unless if you like carbs and room temp milk. Floor boards sound like they might give in throughout entire hallway. Shower has the 5000 modes attachments. Staff is good at check in and check out otherwise didn’t need much from them. Parking lot easy to find. No clock in the room. Many chairs. No conditioner in bathroom it’s a 2 in 1. '

'It was nice to have a crib provided and it served its purpose. The room was nice, however, I feel like a bit more attention to housekeeping (dish towel was tattered and had human hair wound up in it); the carpeted floors weren't thoroughly vacuumed (our 15 mo old daughter is good at finding little bits of debris and hair that didn't belong to us); the dishwasher wasn't secured in its place, but it was still functional. The staff was kind and helpful We just did some grab and go for some baked...

'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'

'Very run down, bathroom had stains, very old furniture. Breakfast only had a large container of water (which was pink in color-I notified the staff but they didn't do anything) for individual oatmeal packets. Have to take out your own trash or get fined, side doors opened upon my arrival, very loud, can hear every step if you stay on 1st floor. This is for more for people who are staying more long term, not recommended.'

'Elevator broken and we are disabled & we were on the second floor. We had to carry our luggage down the stairs. '

'Cleanliness and neatness is excellent. The heating was adequate. Flooring is vinyl, nothing fancy. Breakfast was good but not great. Coffee was not good at all. The biggest issue I had was with outside noise. Due to location, traffic noise is on the high side. Entrance to parking lot is through a gas station driveway, with standing water. The stay was good overall...I give it 3.75 out of 5.'

'Did not eat breakfast, early flight. The parking lot is poorly lit and is a bit cramped driving through. After checking in we found a bedbug in our bed. We tore the bed apart and did not see any more. You know what they say, when you find one.... The toilet in our room would continuously run if you didnt pay attention.The shuttle service to Eppley was great. Cost to leave our vehicle there was $5/day. '
