'Our room appeared clean until I went into bathroom and found hair on the vanity, so I cleaned it myself. As I was getting into the shower I grabbed the floormat and it was soaked and again had hair on it. I had called the desk for extra pillows and when she came I had showed her the bathroom and bathmat she offered to bring me a new and that was all! No care if our room was actually cleaned! Will not recommend!'

'This property is advertised as dog friendly but it’s absolutely not dog friendly! Upon check in you’re given a document to sign that states that your pet is NOT allowed on the furniture or bedding and if they find ANY fur on either you will be charged an undisclosed cleaning fee. After showing this to my husband we chose not to stay. He went to the desk and asked for a refund of the room and pet fee. He was told that the manager was gone for the day and that she would issue a refund. One week...
