'Responsive staff let us know when EV charger became available and let us borrow a toaster. All rooms have a water view. Convenient location next to the ferry landing. The breakfast menu is limited to diy waffles and cereal. The level of cleanliness is increasingly disappointing. Room and property need a decent cleaning and touch up paint. We have stayed here multiple times, but may book elsewhere. '

'Everything was great other than our room we were in the south tower and our room 523 was quite run down. The toilet seat was barely attached, you can see something had been sprayed on the headboard and never wiped off, overall just showing its age. Parking, staff, casino, and food were all good. We'll definitely return but stay in the north tower next time'

'The room I stayed in was cute and clean. I got there on off hours and check out off hours, the staff are very responsive to text/calls and super friendly. It made my stay enjoyable and less stressful. Thank you. I would recommend this place and visit here again.'

'Small but very comfortable and well equipped cabin. Everything you need is there, and the destination fee includes snacks, coffee and water, and 3 bundles of fire wood a day. We loved the fire pit! '

'Ale Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. '

'Everything was delightful. I was received most graciously out on the road because I could not find the place. The room was extremely pleasant with those touches that make it feel really cozy like a white robe and slippers. I had not told them that stairs were difficult for me so they had me on the third floor, but when I requested a first floor unit, they immediately switched me down without any hassle. '

'Our youngest child of five had just turned eighteen. So my husband & I felt we deserved a little getaway. The Captains suite was absolutely wonderful. Clean, spacious, view of the water. It was evident the moment we walked in they care about details. Customer service & showing care of little details is important to me. They were amazing in both areas, making the trip even better.
