'Property is in terrible shape. Bedding was dirty. Owner seemed very nice and helpful. OK for the price if you are just going to sleep and leave.'

'We had a TV remote with no TV, 1 large fridge that wasn't cooling and made the whole room smell for about half an hour after opening, 1 small fridge full of mould, dirty dishes under the sink and stained sheets. Would not recommend. We were on the second floor and had to navigate around a lot of construction material and loose Bannister'

'The price was very good. Disliked peeling paint in bathroom ceiling and really disliked rust on heaters. Liked:place was clean! #1 ...really good. Beds surprisingly good. Nice chairs outside of room. Air Conditioner excellent. I do not mind that the rooms have not been updated since the 60's when they are clean... Good value!'

'the room at this hotel is fine, and large, however has no windows. The outside of the hotel is misleading with the ad - it looks like there is a courtyard and perhaps a resturant - but there is no fountain area that is maintained to sit at. No courtyard too long of a walk to get tho the waterfront. The front desk was cluttered, looks like a start up resturant and you could not tell that this is where the check in was. Boxes everywhere, no restaurant seating and only one clerk at the front, -...
