'住宿當天，工作人員會寫信問旅客到達hostel的確切時間。由於問我2次關於何時抵達旅館，讓我覺得有點煩。 當我依時間抵達旅館，工作人員卻不在，無法替我開門，讓我等了10分鐘。 之後，工作人員打電話給我, 請我去隔壁餐廳坐著等待另一個10分鐘。讓我覺得等待是不開心的。 工作人員替我開門，見面請我吃巧克力。 看見我帶著一個大行李，幫我從混合床宿舍免費升等成為單獨的露營車。我馬上變得開心。謝謝工作人員幫我升等。 24小時免費的茶，咖啡。 晚上10點需降低音量。 浴室廁所很乾淨。 露營車很有創意。'

'The sharing room of this hotel is really nice. It's clean, spacious and comfortable. Maybe because I was almost alone in my room after a guy who comes from Norway left but overall it's nice. Especially, the restroom and the shower isn't separated.'

'Ter-rib-ble. Due to the train schedule, I arrived quite late in Hamburg. I received various text messages at 22:30 such as 'Where are you?', while I agreed with the hostel days beforehand that I would arrive late. Then they wanted to charge me 10 euros extra for arriving late without ever mentioning it. I decided to stay somewhere else because of this terrible treatment, even though they still charged me for the night on my credit card. They are a total scam! Do not book here!'

'Ein wirklich gemütliches Hostel ganz nah am Zentrum der Stadt. Die Bahn hält 5 min entfernt und man ist in einer Station am Hauptbahnhof. Einfach super. Das Zimmer war sauber und geruchsneutral. Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher gab es auch. Die Gemeinschaftsbäder waren unterteilt in Frauen und Männer und mit jeweils 2x Toiletten, 2x Duschkabinen und 2x Waschbecken ausgestattet. (Einen Föhn gab es auch) Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben wir keinen Nachbar gehört was besonders nachts sehr...
