'Arrived relatively later on in the day, and reception was closed, but it was not an issue as I picked up my key from the security office, which is not far from the hotel at all, and they were very helpful and quick to give me the room key and swipe card for the building. Parking was also very easy as you just park in the main UEA car park then use the terminal next to the lift to validate your registration for free parking. Room was immaculate and had great amenities, full tea and coffee...

Bijna perfect, want als ik kritisch moet zijn ontbrak een goede faciliteit om zelf koffie te zetten, en de handdoeken hadden last van de - vaak voorkomende - nare geur van de wasserij.'

'The name of this hotel is somewhat misleading, it is in Norwich but not within the city limits. Even though everything is perfect, but of no fault of their own it is next to the FC Norwich Football stadium. It will b e quite congested when there is a game on.'

'The properties is in good condition has nice rooms and has good food. Staff are friendly and efficient. You probably can only get there by car but there is plenty of car parking space and it could be used as a base to see a lot of of Norwich and surrounding area'

'Clean room, very friendly staff, just 5 minutes walking distance to Central Station, 15 to the Castle. Their motto “Affordable comfort for everyone” suits well. Will definitely consider this hotel when going to Norwich again.'

'Wat goed hotel. Wel gehorig maar dat komt dat oud gebouw is. Er netjes en goed ontbijt. Direct in het centrum. Personeel ook allemaal erg vriendelijk.'

'Douche deed het niet/slecht: was kapot. Ze hebben hun best gedaan het te fixen wat in het werkend niet lukte. Nette refund gekregen. Zeer aardig personeel daar!'
