'The location of this unit and the space you get is fantastic! It’s very updated, spacious, comfortable beds, and everything you need for a vacation! A few things we noticed were the bathrooms not being very clean; there was hair left in the tub and sink, and a half drunk bottle of pop in the fridge, leading us to believe it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned beforehand. The biggest issue we had was the pool not being open. This was our main reason for staying here and it put a damper on our plans. Other...

'The hotel really needs to invest in another set of elevators. It only has two small cars in the center court and when everyone checks out at the same time, the wait times are quite long. There are two others, one on each wing, but they are not as convenient as the mail lobby elevators. Also, the chose to clean the only male bathroom/showers in the water park just as we were planning to leave. Bathrooms/showers were closed for more than an hour. 'All 16 family members gathered in this lovely property for a fantastic week. The home was perfect providing space for 8 adults and kids from 21 to 6 to have space. Proximity to the beach was perfect. The pool and patio adjacent to the pool provided great afternoon gathering space. The elevator was a great help in bringing groceries in and the kitchen provided all that was needed to prep meals for a crowd. Definitely a home designed for a large gathering looking to make seaside memories.'
