'Perfect'

'We had a pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel World and overall enjoyed our time there. The rooms were comfortable and the location was convenient, especially for visiting the surrounding attractions. However, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt somewhat distant and less welcoming than expected. This was partly due to the style and design of the lobby, which did not provide the warm and luxurious arrival experience one would normally expect from a five-star hotel. 'Nice and kind staffing ! The location of the hotel was just wonderful 👍'

'At night the airco was deactivated so the temperature in the room easily reached 26 degrees.'

'The staff was very helpful, asked if I needed the room to be cleaned that I just needed to ask. 'Excellent property! Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean. Location is amazing.'

'Unclean, unhygienic and unkept rooms, they didn’t even change or clean the room even after i asked to change my room. Worst toilet.'

'The room was very clean and quiet. Staff was helpful. Overall, a good place to stay.'

'The rooms are very small and dirty. The bathroom smelled of urine, way too small, and poor quality. We will never go back to that hotel or that area again.'
