'I stayed with my family of 10 people and 4 dogs between 3 rooms. Never traveled with dogs so I was happy to find a pet friendly hotel. The standard rooms are a little small but I liked that I was in a conjoined room. The staff was very friendly especially Courtney. From our first day until check out she was there to assist. 'Our room was not clean. Stuff in the walls and light switches. Jelly beans in the bed. I brought pictures down to the front desk. Jennifer was not accommodating to our needs. She offered us free breakfast for our dirty room. '

'This hotel was a wonderful home away for a week. It is immaculate. Very attentive staff. The underground parking was such a welcome surprise during a snowstorm. Pool is clean, great hot tub and fitness. Proximity to a fantastic restaurant and grocery. '

'Everything was trashy at this place. Wifi was not working, and the room condition was gross (dust all over, a string cheese wrapper by the table, lights flickered, the parking lot had potholes ALL over and the size of basketballs, there was toilet paper floating in the pool, and the hot tub was boarded up with trashy looking boards because it wasn’t working). Overall, terrible place to stay and will never go back. I will pay the extra $13 to stay afross the street at the nicer hotel.'

'Bed was comfortable. Staff was really nice. Biscuits were too tough to eat. The deal breaker for me was a shower that would drastically change temps. I won’t be back because of that. '

'The hotel was packed with kids from high schools around. I would have thought they would have put our room not close to them. Hearing them run around and shut there doors all morning and night was bad. Next time put your vacation guest not next to a bunch of kids. Also pool experience was aweful. Kids ruined our vacation with the pool and hot tub area. '

'No batteries in tv remote, light fixtures missing and inoperable. A few of outside doors don’t have locks so anyone can come in. Very dated. Breakfast was a sleeve of eggs waffles and juice '

'The hotel was neat and well-kept. The bed was super comfy, and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area.'

'My room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the front desk staff's welcoming people. My only con was that I asked for a second blanket and never received it. Otherwise, a lovely stay and I will certainly be back!'
