'Staff was very friendly and helpful, including pointing out where they had plates and silverware available for the food we had delivered. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area is fabulous, and the water temperature of the pool is pleasantly warm. The hot tub is excellent, being slightly separated from the pool area itself for a nice private feeling. I have stayed in many hotels in the twin cities area, and this is easily one of my favorites now.'

'Locatie is prima vlakbij the mall of America. Verder is dit hotel dringend toe aan renovaties. Het tapijt was vies, de waterdruk in de douche was zeer laag en de deur van de badkamer was verzakt en klemde. Het geheel gaf een versleten indruk. '

'Front desk staff was great! Description of property included airport shuttle. The shuttle service was not available for morning departure, which was the whole reason we selected the property. We incurred an additional expense for the Uber. We are a non-profit and this was very disappointing. Please update the location discriotion.'
