'What a great place! I travel a lot, I book a lot of properties for my family and friends so I have expectations when I travel. This place was great! It’s an old house and a very short walk to the Lynchburg Square and the Jack Daniel Distillery. Literally walk down the driveway and cross over the street and them walk across a small walking bridge over a creek and on the other side you are in the square by Barrel House BBQ. 'Property inside was comfortable and well maintained. The neighborhood is average, and was reasonably quiet, even on a holiday weekend. The kitchen is generously stocked with dishes and utensils. The portable AC unit on the porch/sunroom was helpful on those stuffy mornings. Outside the yard was well kept, but the bushes and flowers were a bit overgrown. Owner acknowledged it was an ongoing work in progress. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We’ve stayed here twice now, and would consider it...

'Location was perfect for our trip. We there for a deer hunting trip at AEDC WMA . The house was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Private street with lots of wildlife and privacy. Communication during the entire process was quick and simple. The house felt larger and more roomy than expected. Overall great experience and will definitely stay again!'

'didnt want to share it my kids and grandkids,, we've been coming to this vrbo in beechgrove for many years now.. just my husband and i... but we decided to do away with not sharing it to having 14 of kids and grandkids join us for a destination Thanksgiving.. some coming from California and New Mexico,, the rest including my husband and me from Texas.... it was perfectly full of chaos and lovely,,plenty of room for all of us. 'Matthew was an attentive host. We traveled /drove from Delaware to Manchester, 12hrs.Everything was ready for us to crash.The accommodations were very clean.The premises was comfortable for us, which we needed.We were under terrible stressdue to our reason for the trip.Matthew's rental was Home for us.It exceeded my expectations.
