Sanbis Villa is our family holiday home, lovingly designed to be shared with other families so they can create the same kind of memories we do — the loud laughs, sandy feet, late dinners, and kids who fall asleep happy and exhausted.

Perfectly positioned within the gated South Shores community, Villa 19 sits right next door to the large pool, complete with shallow areas ideal for toddlers and younger kids. Safe, relaxed and wonderfully social, it’s a dream setting for families.

Inside, the villa blends rich chocolate tones and soft blush hues with timber, rattan, linen sheers and handcrafted textures — Moroccan-inspired warmth with a relaxed South Australian coastal twist. Earthy, welcoming, eco-minded, and never too precious.

~ Additional 4 persons as DAY visitors allowed during stay - Max 10 persons overnight.

~ Quiet time is between 9pm and 9am, no loud music or voices at any times. Please respect our wonderful neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after sunset to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

~ Please follow all community rules within the village, pool rules, car directions and speed restrictions.

~ No pets allowed.

~ This home is smoke free, no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.
