Trevally by design, Villa 14 is a modern, executive style villa freshly refurbished by the new owners.
The upper level living and entertaining areas which are open planning include a modern well equipped kitchen and spacious dining and lounge area which lead out via bifold doors to the balcony deck. A great spot for your barbecues, enjoying a glass of wine and taking in the panorama of the lagoon and the natural environment and bird life.
The villa sleeps up to 8 guests. All bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom opens out to a private deck through bifold doors and looks out to the lagoon, water fountains and main communal swimming pool. Enjoy a morning coffee out on deck and the scenic surrounds . Other features include a walk in ensuite from the master bedroom. Bedrooms two and three are a generous size and have access to the main bathroom which has a large shower area, vanity and toilet facilities.
Located within a secure gated community, guests can enjoy varied facilities within the resort including the landscaped gardens, swimming pools, barbecue and reserve areas, childrens playground, basketball rings and bike track. From the reserve, walk along the board walk and take in the scenic country side views to the pristine Normanville beach. From an adjacent property, there is also opportunity to participate in horse trails which traverse along the shore line. Varied eateries and cafes in the local townships of Normanville and Yankalilla and things to do.
Please note:
Linen is not supplied; however can be ordered from a local supplier at an additional charge. Doonas, pillows and mattress protectors are provided.

We are a large families with multiple (5) kids, each of our kids can find something to do in the villa and not get bored. From 1 y.o. baby to 12 y.o. teen, they can find all their needs and pleasures. One thing to note is that the heater/aircond next to the first room near the entrance is a bit loud and becoming a disturbance during sleep at night. Overall, it’s a great place to stay! Thanks to the host.

A well maintained villa, perfect for a larger family! Outside table and BBQ could have been cleaned before we arrived, other than this no complaints. Mari was a great help with the information needed for check in and other questions regarding places to dine in whilst we were there.

Great property with everything you need

We stayed for the long weekend and enjoyed every minute. Take the kids to the pool or walk to the beach. Go to Normanville for a meal and drive around the different towns. House is comfortable with everything you might need. 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. As the property is next to the lagoon, make sure to bring some repellent. Made the mistake to leave the door to the main room’ balcony opened for a bit and got like 50 mozzies inside. Communication with Marri was great. Definitely will be back!

We had a mums weekend away and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the home! The house was very clean and had excellent amenities. We enjoyed staying in and playing the board games and the view from the balcony. We will definately be back!

Great Winter Getaway

We had a lovely stay at Villa 14. Marri met us after hours to give us the key. It was a cold weekend, but the heating worked well and there were plenty of games in the cupboard to keep us entertained. The beds were comfortable and there are lovely views from the balconies. The kids enjoyed the playground, grassed area and boardwalk down to the beach. We would definitely love to come back in Summer.

Highly recommend! This was an excellent place to stay, for a young family it had all we needed & more! The location was spectacular & the grounds were so beautifully maintained. We were able to see the pool from #14 so the eldest was able to swim & meet other kids in the complex. The game’s cupboard kept the toddler entertained with the box of drawing & craft, such a nice touch. I loved having google through the unit so we had music to set the vibe. Our property manager was lovely to deal with & very helpful from start to finish. Can’t rate the overall experience high enough. Stay here!! I can’t wait for our next stay.
