'Only had one bad review I went down to the hotel bar and sit at the bar, waiting for someone to take my drink order. The bar was pretty much dead only for customers. I waited approximately five minutes. The guy never even acknowledged me that was bartending, and I looked dead at him and he looked at me so I knew he knew I was there. So I went over to red Robin instead.'

'We loved the elegant decor , 1 bedroom Suite optionand friendly staff. The open atrium in the center gives a spacious feeling and the glass elevators are great. We enjoyed the free happy hour and breakfast and walking around d big spring park in mornings and evenings! We’ll be back'

'We loved all the local places so close by to the location. it’s a great place while we visit with our daughter. The manager Mark was so accommodating and helpfulwhen we left an item in the room by accident ! '

'We were traveling to Florida and found Best Western as an option to stay. We were booking two rooms for an overnight stop after a long 13 hour day. Booking was easy, front desk staff was friendly, helpful and process of check in was quick. Room accommodations were nice, clean, quiet and next door to Applebees’s. Cost was more affordable then area hotels. We enjoyed the breakfast and the women working in the AM was super nice and accommodating for our group of 5. We will definitely be back! '
