'My sister and I stayed here with my two pups for the weekend and caught a night show at Sugarloaf, which was a short 35 minute drive. This property was peaceful, quiet, clean and cozy. We had a relaxing Saturday of cooking, letting the pups play in the little creek and relaxing in the super cozy living room. We definitely want to go back for a weekend with our kids. It was a perfect weekend and an amazing property!'

We took my parents here for their anniversary and everyone was just blown away at the cozy aesthetic, the cleanliness, and the hospitality the hosts provided in this little house in the woods. Kerrie was so prompt and kind in answering any questions we had. I really cannot express how much of an amazing experience we had here not our gratitude for sharing their gorgeous home with us for these past few days.'

'Nice open living area. Terrific appliances. Lots of water pressure in shower. Cool safe in the basement. On a main roadway, noisy at night for light sleepers. Surrounding area outside could be spruced up a bit. Grill needed gas. Overall, enjoyed our stay very much.'

'If you are looking for a place that is a reasonable distance from Portland but yet feels like it's in another world, this is it. The combination of location and artistic contribution and facilities makes for a wonderful stay.'

'My husband and I were visiting family close by. We also did an atv ride which was a short drive from the cottage. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The little loop of cottages was quiet and relaxing. There are many activities in the area. The cottage is close to Skowhegan, so you can get groceries there is a Walmart and Dunkins, yet it's out enough that it feels private and country like. The screened in porch was very nice. A short walk away and you are at the lake.'
