'Very clean, spacious, and quiet rooms! Bed was very comfortable as well and the rooms are modern / newly renovated. The staff is by far the star of this hotel though. The lady working reception could not be better. Friendly, sincere, and so welcoming. Had the pleasure of witnessing her upgrade a grooms room on his wedding night when she found out it was his wedding day! '

'Comfort Inn Hall of Fame was clean, quiet and conveniently located near the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Pleasant staff. Complimentary breakfast was decent. We had a slight issue with the toilet and less than 10 minutes someone came and took care of the issue. '

'We loved our stay, especially the staff! Lola, Sharlene, Emma & all the others were great. I feel like I’ve known Lola forever! She was so kind and helpful! The food was great & our room was good.
1 problem: Our TV didn’t work Friday night or Saturday morning. We’re big sport’s fans, that was draft night & basketball play offs. Not good!

'Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice.'

'We booked this property based on the last reviews of being updated. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great for us. Hot tub was broken, pool was not clear, elevator was scary, hallways were dark dingy and outdated. Luckily we only stayed one night. Beds were okay but my husband has a Cpap and there were no outlets anywhere near the beds. Beds were clean. Furniture was painted so definitely outdated. Now, this next item is about the server in your restaurant, named Kathy. She was very attentive, very concise, and very concerned about my needs.
