'Cute studio over the detached garage at back of property. Quiet well-kept. The bed was somewhat firm but comfortable. Convenient mini-kitchen area with teas coffee. The bathroom is nice but only a small mirror so will need to use mirror outside of bathroom. Great place to stay for 2 especially if you’re in town for a game or event as it’s within a mile of campus. '

'We were scheduled to be in this property for a few days as we were under mandatory evacuation orders. We were taken aback as the vintage cottage. The house on the same property was vacant and had garbage and lumber in the front yard. The neighborhood was in the same state of disrepair. The 'courtyard' really was a SMALL patch of pseudo grass at the back door. I had reached out to the host several times before our checkin date and received no response whatsoever. We opted to lose the money we had...

It was clean and Jana thought of just about everything we could possibly want including a platter of cookies.We don’t come to this area often but the cottage was so nice, we might come just to stay here and enjoy the peaceful quiet and comfort of the cottage.'
