'Dirty room upon arrival 21st floor. Broken window. Full blown jump to your death room. Liars and Zombies are your hospitality. No smiles. No answers. No resolutions. No food. No water. If you like cigarettes and trash in your pool, YOULL love it. No service. Closed bar. The worst hospitality I have ever seen and I’m a professional.'

'We had a room on the 8th floor which was spacious and clean. We did have some airco noise and weird knocking noise from the elevator shaft (we think) which was annoying at night. Pool was nice and location was good for watersports and running. Restaurant has great staff but menu is limited. The gym was crowded in the morning but really quiet in afternoon.'
