'This is a very family friendly place not quiet if you are looking for adult quiet. We did enjoy our stay we are okay with kids having fun. Friendly staff overall kept up very well and clean. No complaints and extremely convenient to walk everywhere and for amenities for the beach. '

'I randomly found this place as i was looking for some options to fit family of 9 without booking two separate rooms. This place is amazing and charming. It’s new, in soft industrial style but with cozy lounge sets in hallways and green plants. They have fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Every detail is considered for your comfort. The most important thing is the place is super clean, staff is very friendly and polite. It’s facing the freeway but you don’t hear any noise...

'We had an amazing time on our honeymoon staying at Kasa Gaslamp! We highly recommend to anyone visiting downtown San Diego. Transit to places like LaJolla, the beaches, Balboa Park and the Zoo were very accessible. Our room was extremely quiet (weekdays and weeknights). Our room had a full kitchen and the bed was so comfortable! The communication was great and check-in codes/instructions were so simple. Such a great experience from Kasa! We will be back! '

'Spent hours on the oceanfront, wind-protected patio catching rays, watching surfers, sailboats, and the endless passer byer activity of the strand. Mgnt (Trevor) excellent to work with. If your unit has a garage, be sure to measure your vehicle's width. Room is "compact" but fills the need. I would stay here again'

'We had a great time in this house! Close to Bars and restaurants, but far enough away from the crowds near Belmont. House had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again. '

'This home was perfect for our family and friends to stay for a San Diego State University graduation. It was so close to the college and everything we needed around it. There were plenty of beds for the rooms to sleep everyone comfortably. The home is very well maintained and a great place to celebrate.'

'Great view, very close to the ocean and Strand. 15 minute walk to pier and downtown area. Clean property, small but comfortable. Instructions for check-in were detailed and easy to follow. Would stay here again. '

'The check-in & check-out process was extremely easy and quick. The room was amazing cute and perfect for me and my wife to have a fun stay in San Diego. What we really liked was the cleanliness and comfort level which added to our relaxed experience. Lastly, the host was also very responsive to our questions. '

'We stayed here for four days, enjoyed it quite a bit. The unit is only minutes away from the beach by foot, and surrounded by many good restaurants and shops. It was nice to have a garage to keep our car safe as well.'

"Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting….."

"We had a room facing the freeway. The room has very thin windows so it was very noisy. Also the air conditioner was so loud that we needed to turn it off to be able to sleep. Breakfast was ok but not much variety. The rooms were clean though. Parking is paying (24 dollars a night) but you can park in the street in front of the hotel for free. "
