'The staff all was real nice and friendly the pool didn’t look good so we didn’t swim the beds were hard and 1 bed didn’t even have sheets but the lady at the front desk got some right away and was as shocked as we were'

'Need to inspect the room prior to releasing. Food in the fridge and trash. No apologies from the staff when we turned over the leftovers from the room. We stay a couple of nights every year here and noticed that thing’s have been neglected.'

'If you are visiting Kendrick Family Ballpark, this is the ideal place to stay. It is directly across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Though breakfast is not included, the in-lobby Starbucks provides more than enough options for breakfast. The only negative, the rooms do not have microwaves.'

'Pool was closed and that was not revealed until after reservation was made. When I made the reservation I was told that the breakfast buffet was included but actually it is $ 15.00 per person. There was no conditioner in our bathroom and I asked for it twice but it was never provided.'

'1. There was trash everywhere. We were there three nights and the trash wasn’t picked up in common areas… condiment packets squeezed out everywhere. 2. Amenities listed on Expedia and the resort website are not available. 3. Pool is advertised but covered with renovations and dirt. 4. Renovations are being done in one section. You never saw any workers. Guests have to walk through the section with open tiles with hanging wires and the smell of mold. 5. First room had no lightbulbs… second room...
