Dit is een 2 slaapkamers, 4 slaapplaatsen, een bad, woonkamer, complete keuken, begane grond huis, gelegen in het noordelijke deel van Charleston South Carolina. De buurt is een platonisch, residentieel, niet-schilderachtig uitzicht, gebouwd in de buurt van de jaren 1960.

North Charleston ligt op 15-20 minuten rijden van het historische gedeelte van Downtown Charleston en op 20 - 30 minuten rijden van de stranden, en op 5 minuten rijden van het Colosseum en het congrescentrum. 10 minuten rijden van de luchthaven, en is gunstig gelegen nabij de belangrijkste op- en afritten die u naar elke plaats brengen die u nodig hebt om naar Charleston te gaan. Geen wierook branden, dit huis is uitgerust met queensize bedden in beide slaapkamers, complete keuken, koffiezetapparaat, magnetron, kookgerei, 60 inch tv in de woonkamer, dvd-speler, 30 inch flatscreen tv's in elke slaapkamer, kabel tv, wifi internet toegang, twee lederen banken, wasmachine, droger, wasmiddel, stoffen lakens, aparte portiek stereo, overdekte buitentafel voor rookruimte, centrale verwarming en lucht, handdoeken, beddengoed, lakens, kussens, niet overdekte parkeerplaats. Het uitzicht naar buiten is residentieel en zeker niet luxueus. Maar voor de prijs, dit huis is zeker een van de beste aanbiedingen in de omgeving van Charleston. Opmerking: het is buitengewoon moeilijk om aan ieders voorkeuren te voldoen met betrekking tot zeep, scheerapparaten, body wash en tandpasta's. Ik lever deze items niet aangeduid als persoonlijke items. We booked this property because of the price and distance from Credit One Stadium, where we were going to see a show. The pictures do not do it justice! It is an older home, but very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything in the house was clearly labeled, which was a nice touch. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy, but we didn’t have any problems. It was so easy to get to Daniel Island for our concerts, we will definitely stay again next time we’re in town for some shows! The property host was very kind and easy to work with. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Tony was an absolutely FANTASTIC host. His place was exactly as described on his listing including a big open floor plan in the kitchen. He really goes the extra mile in making his guests feel welcome, from leaving out candies in each room to having music playing when we got there. We accidentally threw out a small keepsake from our trip in the garbage and didn't realize it until after leaving. We called Tony and told him, and he immediately offered to go over and look for it. He quite literally looked through the trash and sent it out to us in a timely fashion. We could not have asked for a better experience. We would HIGHLY recommend.

We had a great time. The place was bigger than we expected and the location was better than we thought it would be. We wouldn't have discovered Park Circle if we didn't stay in North Charleston. Tony provided a great stay with fun perks, we'd stay here again for sure!

At first you may feel some concern about the area because it’s in an older area of North Charleston! We had zero issues with the location/area! It is the perfect distance to Park Circle and downtown Charleston. The house was so cozy and Tony was such an AMAZING host and had so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. I LOVED the unique decor!! There are also SO MANY good movies available to watch if you have some down time or want a nice break from running around. We will definitely be back here!

Tony did an excellent job of meeting our needs. When coffee maker didn’t work he brought another one over for us to use! The wine was a perfect touch for celebrating a 21st birthday. neighborhood seems rough when coming in to house, but was quiet and had no issues at all during our stay. Was a great place to stay while in Charleston area.

Stayed 2 nights before flying home after week stay in Port Royal. Though neighborhood was little sketchy, the interior of house was clean and had great 80/70's feel. Host provided everything you need, including snacks. It is only 10 minute from airport via a highway, couple minutes to Amtrak station and not much more if want to visit downtown or plantations.

The place is cute! It was dusty and had food on the floor. When you.walk in you have soft music , sweet notes all over and candy everywhere! Even mints on the pillows!! The coffee bar is wonderful! Tony is a pleasure to deal with!!

This property, while only two bedrooms, is bigger than the listing leads one to believe. It's very nice. The host was friendly and responsive. They added nice touches we weren't expecting, such as soft music playing when we arrived. Just watch the coffee maker if you're brewing a single cup. It doesn't stop automatically.

We would definitely recommend this house to others! This house has so much character and we loved it. Comfortable beds, nice big kitchen with everything you need, and as clean as they come. Located right by the interstate making for easy travels.

Tony was excellent! He was welcoming and his communications were timely and clear. The house was very clean. He provided welcome treats! The house is quiet, and the VRBO description is accurate. The location is what I would describe as industrial. If you want to spend time outside or go for a run, this is probably is not ideal for you. But if you just need a place to relax and sleep, great!

My husband and I took our grandsons to the beach we stayed at Mr. Tony’s home. He was an amazing host from the house feeling like you have walked into your grandmothers home from little treats let for guests to enjoy to anything you could have needed. My grandchildren love it and said it was so cool to have candy on your pillow. The home was clean & completely inviting to make you feel at home. If we’re ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again. ❤️💯

The house itself is very nice. It's clean, has a nice setup, and has all the amenities you'll need. Communication with the host is quick and easy, and they're very nice. It's in a convenient location too, right by the loop so you're only about 15-20 minutes away from most of the things to do. The only real issue is the neighborhood doesn't look great, but there's nothing the owner can do about that. Overall, it was a great place for what we needed and we'd definitely stay there again.

This was our fifth trip to this home. Great little community. The owner, Tony is a wonderful host. He has come to our rescue each time on the remotes... Remotes... LOL! The home is always spotless, well decorated, and the beds are comfortable. Insane water pressure in the shower! We love staying here. It is within 10 to 15 minutes of everything that you want to see in this area. Our 6-year-old granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed her first trip to Charleston.

We loved our stay here! Tony is a great host - very easy to communicate with and he provided a relaxing home to come back to after our excursions. Fully stocked kitchen - coffee and tea bar provided and snacks and candies throughout. A nice bottle of wine to welcome us. We loved seeing Charleston - location of house is so convenient. The neighborhood is a bit iffy, but we never experienced anything bad. It was quiet and right by thr freeway, so convenient. The house itself was big, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
