Unfortunately, when I contacted the agent to let them know that the coffee pot did not work I received an automatic response saying they hoped I was having a nice time. I also responded to the agent’s request for things that needed to be improved in the rental, however, I waited several days and did not receive any response. 'Nice 2 story, 3 bedroom house in a nice residential area. We were close to Circle Park that has restaurants and boutiques, but not walking distance. We were close enough to downtown CHS, Mount Pleasant, and other areas, but far enough away to not have to deal with the crowds. The property was clean and is as exactly as described in the posting. Never got to use the putting green, but it’s a nice feature.'

'The house was really well located, close to the circle. Great restaurants nearby. The house was very comfortable for us, though we didn't make much use of some of the amenities.'

'Very small and quaint. A little smaller than i expected but overall very nice. It was very clean and Allen was very easy to communicate and deal with!:) i would definetely recommend staying here especially if you only need somewhere to sleep as there is very little couch space for just sitting around! But i would recommend them:) '

'Stayed at this VRBO for a weekend concert at Credit One Stadium. The location was convenient—not only to the stadium but also to downtown Charleston. We brought one dog and stayed in the front unit, which worked out well. As other reviews mentioned, the property includes both a front and back rental unit; guests in the back unit enter the rental through the backyard which is a little odd to me. The space had a large dining area. Overall, a great value for the location and amenities!'

'Great place to stay in N. Charleston. We cooked breakfast each day. Great kitchen- pots and pans, stocked with salt and pepper, PAM, etc. New appliances are in the kitchen! Bathroom is decorated in a cute beach vibe. Bedrooms are cozy. Nice outdoor area for a family- though we did not have time to use it. We did enjoy the front porch. At first the area looked a little scary, BUT there are lots of people walking dogs and walking to brewerys and it is a very safe place for a family! We would rent...
