'Very good location. Close to beach, bike trail, and a great breakfast place called the Kitchen. The house was equipped and comfortable. I would imagine in the summertime if would be an ideal spot with the rail trail right there and close proximity to fun summer things. Really nice owners and great communication as needed.'

There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. The tiny house was just what we needed, as it was perfectly located near so many places we wanted to go too, and also had everything we needed in such a small and affordable place. The place is super small and the mattress is not the most comfortable, but if you are like us and just need a place to rest your head a couple days so you can go out and check out the Cape all day this is the place for you! 'The home was clean and spacious for our family. Restaurants and grocery stores were very close. Access to a beach was within minutes. The back yard was a perfect spot for hanging out in nice weather. The ONLY negative thing was that there was no heat in the basement where my son wanted to sleep. A space heater would have been a nice addition. But that’s not enough really to complain about. It wasn’t freezing down there.'

'De accommodatie was prima. Niets meer, niets minder. Personeel was niet erg vriendelijk, op de meneer bij uitschenken na. De vloer in de kamer kan wel eens een dweil gebruiken. Wij hebben een zoontje van 1 en na 3 minuten over de grond kruipen was hij al pikzwart aannhanden en voeten.'
