'We enjoyed staying at this chalet. It was really cute. The fenced yard was huge which was great for our 2 dogs. The fishing was great, although the large tree overhanging the water made it difficult to cast in certain areas. 'My children and I loved the location. We decided to visit Texas when thunderstorms were basically the days spent there. But even so, the rental had streaming programs boys got to plug in the game system in the children’s room. We’d sneak into the pool when we get a little sunshine. 'I highly recommend staying here. We came to town at the worst possible time. With massive flooding and storms in the area but the house, property and owners were perfect. 'What a beautiful property.! A little off the beaten path but close enough to stores, etc to not feel isolated. No problems getting Ubers to pick us up. The barndominium was adorable. Plenty of common spaces to spread out and visit and the bedrooms and baths were all comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.'

'It was a beautiful home with everything you need in it. We had our wedding and it was better than we imagined. Water pressure was good, the hot water was great considering here were over 20 people. The games they had kept the children entertained. The host was so nice and helpful with any questions we had. My parents left their dress and suit and she said she would ship it to us. So helpful and sweet!'

'This place was a great spot for us to stay while visiting family in Texas. Enjoyed the decks, kayaks, and paddle boat as well as the fire pit. Only negative is that with the hard water in the area you have to use a lot of bottled water and there isn't any recycling. Nothing that this place can help, but perhaps knowing that I can come better prepared if we were to stay here again. Owner was very communicative and thought of everything. Truly a lovely place.'
