Dit stadshuis ligt in het hart van North Conway en biedt vier niveaus van woonruimte, evenals een gedeeld zwembad. Op de hoofdverdieping is een open woon- / eetkamer met een gashaard, een goed uitgeruste keuken en een terras. Ook op het hoogste niveau is een grote slaapkamer met een ligbad.

Op de tweede verdieping vindt u een zithoek, een tweede slaapkamer en nog een complete badkamer, waar u via een wenteltrap ook toegang heeft tot een slaapkamer op de vliering.

Het souterrain heeft twee extra slaapkamers en een grote familiekamer die ideaal is voor kinderen om te spelen. Dit is een geweldige eigenschap om North Conway te genieten!

The only nice thing about this rental was the location. The whole house needs to be updated! The furniture in the kitchen sitting area was mis-matched and mostly broken. The main living room couches and chairs are just gross, they need to be cleaned or tossed out! The beds were not comfortable at all. The be pots and pans in the kitchen were not great either. They were either stained or had the nonstick worn off. The paint was peeling from the ceiling and there were cracks along the walls as well. This place needs a GIANT update!!-stick worn off!

The whole house needs a revamp. Disgusting old and very dirty furniture throughout the house. Hair and bugs found in basement bedding and a lot of mold on deck and entry ways…absolutely gross! AC did not work. Called Vacasa several times and said they’d send a repair technician…they never did…stayed 85 degrees in the house for 3 days…terrible service. Windows and casings need a good cleaning! Kitchen amenities are scarce and what is there is not useable. Will never rent from this property management again! Not worth what we paid…place is GROSS!

Great location for all that the Conway area has to offer. Plenty of space and beds for our group of 4 adults and 6 kids. Interior could def benefit from some new paint and bedding. Would consider returning in the future.

Plenty of room, but not a clean property. Dirty, broken doors, mold on shower liner, food on carpet, green algae on outside rug and deck. Pool was locked - nobody around to give access code. Makes you wonder what they do with the cleaning fees??

The only thing I loved was the location. Way overpriced for an old, outdated unit! Drip coffee pot needs to be replaced with a keurig (very old and dirty) Bulbs missing in lamps Moldy shower curtains Old, stained carpet Old mattresses and pillows (pillows can be folded 3 times) Ceiling fans were gross and totally grimy Room fans were just as bad All white curtains were heavily stained Toilet seats did not stay on bowl If you love Christmas, there were some still around! I could go on and on but think you get the drift.

This property is seriously dated and the pictures in the ad do not even look close to the way the condo looks now. The location was amazing, the amount of space was amazing. When we arrived it was 80 degrees inside - the AC was turned off prior to our arrival. We turned it on and after several hours running we were only able to get it to 79 degrees. After calling the property manager several times they finally delivered a portable AC the next afternoon - however ALL the windows are crank out so it took my husband some configuring to get it in place. They did not set it up for us, just dropped it inside. The livingroom furniture is OLD and stained. The kitchen pots and pans are beat up and past their useful life. The walls have stains. The basement outside patio is full of green moss and mold - which is the only access to the outside grill. The bathroom vents are caked with dust. The place really needs a good scrub and paint job - and new furniture. Basement reeks of mildew. The wall surrounding the bathroom in the basement is crumbling. The beds in the basement are horrible. We didn't use the basement because of the smell. We tried to go to the pool - there is a pad lock and we were not given the code. The property manager gave us a code that was not correct (they gave us an alphanumeric code and lock was only numeric). On a positive note - the location is great. The size of the unit itself is great. There were plenty of bath towels, and pool towels.

This townhouse is in a great location and could be a wonderful place but it needs a lot of TLC to be a nice place. We stayed here while attending the Mt Washington Ice fest and we were surprised to find that we could not the the house to heat up. We struggled to get the house above 63F the first night. The windows and French doors let in so much air that the heaters couldn’t keep up. The general condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Plaster was missing from the ceiling and the carpet is stained all over the place. The living room furniture is falling apart and some of the mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The cleaning crew had done a good job but the house needs to be maintained and have some things updated.

This is a nice condo in a great location. It was close drive to all the restaurants and many activities. Kids enjoyed having their own space to play in the loft area.

The kids loved the pool, and the unit was exactly as described. Great access to shops, restaurants and attractions, and street tacos down the road! Would rent again!

The location and physical space was good, but the condo was dirty and in disrepair. The downstairs beds are incredibly uncomfortable and one of them collapsed when we sat on it. Downstairs, the carpet is stained and dirty, there is mold in the shower, the slider curtain kept falling down when we opened it. Upstairs, the pots and pans are so dirty, scratched and burnt we needed to go out and buy a pot. we had to clean the fan just to get airflow, and the furniture is extremely worn and falling apart. The screened in porch has no door and is full of debris. Also if you are coming with small children don't plan on the loft area. The stairs going up to the loft are not safe for little ones.

Many problems with this property, needs to needs fixed and updated. Broken furniture, stained and dirty floors, some beds are completely broken and unsafe. The fire alarm goes off everytime you open the oven.

We were celebrating my 60th birthday and we had six adults in our group. Plenty of room for all to gather and for everyone to have their own bedroom. The only negatives were the mattresses in downstairs bedrooms, the downstairs bathroom also needs work, and main living area needs updated furniture. Other than those minor details it was the perfect spot for us! Thank you.

We were a party of 4 so accommodation was very comfortable - if the party had been larger the basement area was not at all comfortable. The daily path clear didn’t clear dangerous ice from the front door access and the was quite dangerous. Overall very pleased and we would book again!

This place has EVERYTHING you need right down to the waffle iron. I can believe it only allows 10 bc the beds sleep 13. Its so roomy, has everything you need for cooking. Close to all of North conway. Would definitely go back.
