'If you stay at a regular hotel or inn I feel safe and quiet but not inspired or fun. Rugosa has fun in its soul. Our room had curated art and just beautiful stuff. It was like walking into the mind of an artist--expressive and non-judgemental--I felt like I was in my home. 'Our stay in this Eastham house was most pleasant and I have to say the host was wonderfully responsive when problems arose. During heavy rainstorm, the livingroom ceiling leaked and the icemaker in the freezer portion of the refrigerator was broken. Neither issue dampened our stay - pun intended. Location made for easy daily commute to gorgeous Campground Beach where family gathered daily. I would not hesitate to return to Eastham again.'

'Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Easy check in. We rented linens which came by recommendation of the owner. The size of rooms and lay out were as described and the beds were comfortable. They have extra chairs and beach chairs and a few water toys in the basement, washer and dryer were used and great. The TV took some getting used to, it is not a smart TV so if you have not used chrome before you need the app on a device. We brought our Apple TV and it worked fine. Good variety of...

'Immaculate home with plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 1 toddler to spread out. Loved the mural in the bathroom. Enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. Easy walk to the beach. Property management was first class as far as communication, including their sign at the end of the driveway to guide us to the house.'

'This is a beautiful home on Cape Cod. It is a comfortable, updated home with a new kitchen and sleek appliances. We had everything we needed for our stay. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, ping pong table and games! We loved the central location too!'
