'After long search and considerations of staying in a place close to the sea, we booked this motel, because of the ratings and the facilities. It was definitely worth it. We went to different beaches anyway and went out for dinner driving anyway as well, so having this well renovated, modern, clean, hip place as our base, especially with our two kids 4+7, was perfect. The parking lot is guests only and a few cool corners aside from the heated pool and jacuzzi were ideal. They did a great job...
'I had an amazing stay at this resort with my two best friends and our kids (mostly teens.) The entire property is meticulously clean—from the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless. We loved the pool, the convenient amenities, and the umbrellas/ chairs on the beach were a nice touch! The customer service was absolutely impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable.

'We came to visit the Cape and we really enjoyed the location and restaurants near the motel. The owners very very sweet and it’s kept in really nice condition with bright white and blue colors. We would definitely stay there again. If you have a young baby that cries I’d pick a different place for your stay since the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbor sneeze. 'About a 5 minute drive from some of the bigger shops and restaurants, but also local options nearby.
We stayed on a Suite and enjoyed having all the space. Everything was clean, one of our sliding door mirrors was broken, but we didn’t use it, so it was no problem.

'Keurig family hotel, beetje Griekse stil (blauw/wit) met lekker zwembadje en vrije spelmogelijkheden (jeu de boule/hoefijzergooien). Door gezamenlijk gebruik parkeergelegenheid met tegenover liggend family playpark soms wat moeilijk parkeerplaats te vinden. Shopping mogelijkheden aan overkant van de straat. Zeer behulpzame receptionist bij het verlengen van autoreservering (gratis gebeld met AVIS-New York).'

Check in was quick, they were great about us having two cars. Staff is friendly and professional.
The loft room is spacious, perfect for a family of five. Two TVs, one upstairs in the loft and one downstairs. The beds are decent. (Loft pull out bed needs cushion.) If you don’t want to venture out to eat, it has a small kitchenette with a cooktop *bring cookware* (there’s a Shaw’s and a S&S 5-10 minutes away.)

"After long search and considerations of staying in a place close to the sea, we booked this motel, because of the ratings and the facilities. It was definitely worth it. We went to different beaches anyway and went out for dinner driving anyway as well, so having this well renovated, modern, clean, hip place as our base, especially with our two kids 4+7, was perfect. The parking lot is guests only and a few cool corners aside from the heated pool and jacuzzi were ideal. They did a great job styling the place. The only thing I missed was a good coffee! Breakfast out is also perhaps a consideration to think about, as there’s none on property, nor were the walkable ones either open or available without a long wait. This costs time. Though location wise, we found on google great coffee in Denis, great breakfast in Hyannis as well as a lot of good dinner restaurants! And best beach Mayflower just straight 18min drive north, be early or go to Howes beach. Due to being with kids this place is offering two double beds, so the price was right. Otherwise perhaps a bit high. Would go again though, or find a house to rent if we didn’t go last min again."
