'Had a wonderful stay. Rooms are very clean. Decor has a nostalgic feel, they kept the character of the room while renovating and it has a lot of charm. Soft and comfortable bedding, as well as quiet and extremely efficient air conditioning. Owner was very welcoming and responsive. Nice touch having coffee and delicious pastries in the mornings. The grounds are also maintained very well with nice plantings. Definitely stay here.'

'After long search and considerations of staying in a place close to the sea, we booked this motel, because of the ratings and the facilities. It was definitely worth it. We went to different beaches anyway and went out for dinner driving anyway as well, so having this well renovated, modern, clean, hip place as our base, especially with our two kids 4+7, was perfect. The parking lot is guests only and a few cool corners aside from the heated pool and jacuzzi were ideal. They did a great job...

'Always a great stay when we visit here. The rooms are clean, beautiful and have a great view of the ocean. We love our morning walks on the beach, the nice pool and great beach access. Being able to fish on the dock right next to us is a plus. Great place to stay.'

Our cottage was quaint but perfectly situated by the harbor, with smell of the salt water - classic Cape Cod views of the harbor, wildlife, beaches and boats. The rooms were neat, the kitchen was extremely organized, and the quality of care is unmatched. No lines, no crowed beaches, no commercial noises - just the sound of the waves and seagulls. I would come back in a heartbeat!'

"After long search and considerations of staying in a place close to the sea, we booked this motel, because of the ratings and the facilities. It was definitely worth it. We went to different beaches anyway and went out for dinner driving anyway as well, so having this well renovated, modern, clean, hip place as our base, especially with our two kids 4+7, was perfect. The parking lot is guests only and a few cool corners aside from the heated pool and jacuzzi were ideal. They did a great job styling the place. The only thing I missed was a good coffee! Breakfast out is also perhaps a consideration to think about, as there’s none on property, nor were the walkable ones either open or available without a long wait. This costs time. Though location wise, we found on google great coffee in Denis, great breakfast in Hyannis as well as a lot of good dinner restaurants! And best beach Mayflower just straight 18min drive north, be early or go to Howes beach. Due to being with kids this place is offering two double beds, so the price was right. Otherwise perhaps a bit high. Would go again though, or find a house to rent if we didn’t go last min again."
