'Our first time in America and we didn't know what expect but from day one it was great. Friendly staff always spoke or just a smile. More than what we were expecting i.e. bath and shower. Room was clean. Fresh sheets everyday. Pool area was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed staying there. Main road is very busy but we hesrd nothing from our room. Seating area outside too which was nice. Lovely place. We stayed here for 3 weeks and didnt have any issues. Thanks :) '

"After long search and considerations of staying in a place close to the sea, we booked this motel, because of the ratings and the facilities. It was definitely worth it. We went to different beaches anyway and went out for dinner driving anyway as well, so having this well renovated, modern, clean, hip place as our base, especially with our two kids 4+7, was perfect. The parking lot is guests only and a few cool corners aside from the heated pool and jacuzzi were ideal. They did a great job styling the place. The only thing I missed was a good coffee! Breakfast out is also perhaps a consideration to think about, as there’s none on property, nor were the walkable ones either open or available without a long wait. This costs time. Though location wise, we found on google great coffee in Denis, great breakfast in Hyannis as well as a lot of good dinner restaurants! And best beach Mayflower just straight 18min drive north, be early or go to Howes beach. Due to being with kids this place is offering two double beds, so the price was right. Otherwise perhaps a bit high. Would go again though, or find a house to rent if we didn’t go last min again."
