'The stay was amazing and we got upgraded, which was amazing and not sure how it happened, but it was amazing! The Valet service, specifically Addison was incredible. They could improve on how their luggage is stored and retrieved. I was there for a conference, so we stored our luggage until after the last meeting on the last day. There was a complete bottle neck of people trying to get their luggage, people trying to get off and into the elevator, into and out of the hotel. They could have used...
