'Perfect stay for 2-3 people!'

'This condo is a wonderful place to stay. Besides all the added amenities from the community (pool, easy and close beach access, pickleball courts, bike racks all around the property, bike rental available and more), the condo has all you need. It is simple but beautifully decorated with nice taste. It was great to sit on the balcony and enjoy coffee and/or wine while viewing the ocean in the distance. 'Our fourth time staying here and it is consistently one off the best vacation rentals. The condo is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Lynn is an amazing hostess and has put a lot of thought into the condo and making it comfortable for her guests - from the welcome gift to the furnished kitchen, beach towels, linens, furniture, you name it. We love coming here. The Shipwatch pool is great and beach access is easy. We can’t wait to return!'

'Our family enjoyed our stay at Steve and Barbara's villa. The rental was well stocked, nicely decorated and the golf course view was amazing. The rental had everything we needed to enjoy time at the beach - chairs, floaties, and umbrella. We would definitely stay again!'

'Beautiful condo, slight snafu in check in due to erroneous electronic code. Elevator not working at both checkin and check out. This is a key reason to rent this condo. Elevator also failed at least 2 other times throughout the week. Either make it reliable or get rid of it'

'We booked a last minute weekend getaway to the beach! This was a great villa at Kiawah Island. We really enjoyed the villa and the short walk to the beach! We also enjoyed the scenic view from the villa. We had a Great Blue Heron that stayed by the pond right out side the back of the villa. The furnishing and well-stocked kitchen were great! It was a short trip, but fun and enjoyable! We look forward to booking this villa again and hopefully planning on staying longer next time, but if not, we...

'Love the fact that we all could sit at the dining table whether to eat or play games! For us the two refrigerators was spot on……one for food items and the other for drinks. The accommodations were quite adequate for the 12 of us.'
