'The staff were helpful during our weekend stay. Trolley drivers were quite knowledgeable about the grounds. Our room was clean and maintained during our stay. Room service was good but beverage covers for juices would have been preferred.'

'Very clean, the best replace to eat was the market they have the best food/menus. Imo skip prime & xo. Sadly the hallways and elevators are not air conditioned and extremely humid. We did not have a great experience at prime and spent $200+ so frustrating at the lack of service and food was not great. Overall majority of the staff were friendly and the hotel main areas very clean and smelled nice! The pools were nice but so crowded so hard to enjoy but on the positive side you are super close...
