'We were very disappointed in our stay this past weekend. Our room was terrible, the chair was stained, the lampshade was stained, the table was beat up, and the room had an awful smell to it. We were in and out of Charlotte for the weekend, and had a very busy itinerary, otherwise I would’ve tried to raise the concern and tried to get another room. 'Pros: Always a great place to stay. Facilities are great, staff are friendly. Food and drinks are good. Very clean! Cons: Signage could be better. Charging $18/day to self-park is insane. This isn't in a city, parking in the lot couldn't cost more. And a $35/day 'resort fee' is nuts. Those fees should be built into the room, not something you find out about once you've checked in and find the pamphlet in your room. '

'Hotel was ok, but seemed clean. Parking is next to the hotel and seems a bit un safe if you are by yourself late in the evening or very early in the morning. they charged 29.99 for parking which seemed a bit high, for being in Colombia, SC. Saw many areasin the parking garage that had broken glass that might of come from car break ins. Hotel was a little worn, but close to restaurants, and felt safe walking to dinner. '
